These started life on Instagram (@thedesignerdestination), and this page is their permanent home. Each one covers the design details that stood out, from the materials to the lighting to the small decisions most guests feel without noticing, plus the kind of traveller the place suits best.

Every review carries a Visit Type tag, whether a day visit, an overnight or a multi-night stay, so you always know exactly how much of the place I experienced. (If I didn’t sleep there, I’ll say so.)
